Rental Standard Terms
- Test equipment rental is in 1 week (7 days) or 1 month (30 days) increments.
- Any overage of the rental term will then extend the rental term by either one week or one month.
- One day is allowed for freight transit time both to and from Toner.
- The rental prices do not include any freight charges.
- Customers with established terms can order rental equipment with a purchase order. Customers without established credit must pay in advance with a credit card. A refundable security deposit on the credit card will be required.
- All accessories, such as carrying cases, battery chargers, connection cables, instruction books, adapters, shipping cases, and other associated accessories must be returned with the instrument for any credit to be issued.
- Any damage will result in a delay of the refund until the damage is repaired and the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund. If damage is excessive, the customer will be charged full cost for the meter.
- Should the fees for the rental term exceed the amount initially charged then additional fees will automatically be charged on the renter's credit card until the instrument is returned.
- All instruments shall remain the property of Toner Cable Equipment, Inc. regardless of the term of rental.
- All instruments are sent out after being tested for performance and operation. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the instruments are received back by Toner in the same condition. Insurance on the return freight is recommended, as any loss is the responsibility of the renter.
