This Professional OMH series encoder system allows users to select encoding of HD content from HDMI or HD/SDI sources in MPEG2 or MPEG4 and output them in QAM and or IP Streams in one easy to set up 1RU chassis. In addition, the chassis allows Ingest of IP streams for Multiplexing or QAM Modulation.
The OMH series Encoder system offers users a selection of 4, 6, 8 or 10 HDMI or SDI inputs which can be assigned to any of the 16 QAM channels in its modulation card and at the same time output via IP. Remote control and monitoring can be accomplished via the internal 4 port IP Switch. The chassis features dual hot swappable power supply’s to ensure continued operation
