Z-Band Z-Balun UNV (ZBT0010257)

$170.00 Each

The Z-Balun UNV is one of the essential components of Z-Band’s video distribution system. It is located at the end points of the system and permits a TV or other devices with an RF Tuner to be connected to a Z-Band system for HDTV over CAT6 or better cable. The Z-Balun UNV calculates the approximate distance from the Z-Band Distribution unit, then applies an appropriate balance of signal conditioning to ensure the correct amplitude from the RF-OUT F-connector jack. The ZBT-IN jack is connected to the Z-Band Distribution unit through the infrastructure over CAT6 cable. This provides both RF and ethernet connectivity in addition to RS232 and IR controls all over a single cable.
